Dennis Piva

Dennis enjoys helping business people analyze their results to find ways for them to improve and grow their business, and doing tax planning to anticipate and minimize their taxes. “I entered the CA profession because I recognized that the accountant has a key role to play in assisting business people with good business decision making, and because I believe that owner-managed businesses are the backbone of our economy.”

Born and raised in Kamloops, Dennis graduated from SFU in 1998 with a Bachelor of Business Administration concentrating in Accounting. He received his CA designation in 2002 after articling with Johnsen Archer CA’s in Vancouver. He joined the Tenisci Piva LLP team in 2007, and became a partner in 2012.

Dennis is married with two sons. He enjoys curling, coaching his son’s soccer team and has been a member of the Cristoforo Colombo Lodge since 2006. Dennis is a member of BizLinks, a Kamloops-based business networking organization.
